So my sister is back from Qatar for a couple of weeks. We have went and had breakfest together the last couple of days. It is nice to see her. I might get a visitor really really soon, it would be fantastic to see her but she might have some sibling things going on as well. I have been feeling alright lately but I have to get my ass in the gym more regularly, this is ridiculous. I was doing great then I fall off then I get back into it then fall off again.
