I saw a homeless man the other day and I bought him a meal. I can understand that life happens. There was a kid I saw on the street the next day with a sign and I told him to go home. Have I become that empty inside, that I cannot have comapssion for some people. I just think that through the years and getting older I have been through a lot worse things than this kid has ever been through I garauntee that.

I was having a conversation with some friends and acquaintances the other night and this lady said that she doesn't want kids because she has pets to love her. Then she invited us to her lapdogs birthday party. I wanted to rip the dogs head off and shove it up her ass. Pet people scare me. Ok I probably wouldn't rip a dogs head off ever, it's not the dogs fault that it has a delusional owner. I would just put my size 13 foot up her ass.

I have to live with my mom and dad because my aunt is leaving the house and they need me to help with my grandma. She is really sick with parkinsons disease. Plus my niece and nephew have to have somehwere to go after school. I pick up my niece from school and take her to her basketball practices anyway.

I rode the stationary bike today for a long time and it felt good. It was easy because I was talking with some friends while I was on the bike, or the TV was on or I just listen to my music. When you are doing cardiovascular exercise and want to burn fat you should be able to hold a conversation while doing it. If you are going to really hard at it that you can't talk normally then you are burning Carbohydrates that you ate that day.
