Oi. I've had so much trouble getting my Record of Employment from my last employer.. They are required to send it out to me a week after I'm no longer working for them.. I was fired on the 16th of Jan, and I still don't have it. I called twice, and talked to the office manager yesterday because I'm about to scream since without it I can't get any money from the government and we're -broke-. No one I've applied to has called yet.... Anyhow, they looked to see if they had my ROE lying around and couldn't find anything.. then last night when my boyfriend got off the internet there was a message from them saying "Sorry for all the trouble, but we just found your ROE here. You can come in to get it.".. They should have to bring it to -me-! Right? Now I have to get my mother to drive me down there on Tuesday, plus to my bank to get a direct deposit slip plus to the Human Resources Canada location so I can give them all this shit.. plus the doctor she was originally taking the day off to take me to.
I need to get my license (which I don't have the $100 to do), plus money for a car...I'd have so many jobs if I could drive.
Plus sides of my life right now.. I'm feeling somewhat better.. I'm still in pain unless I'm lying down half the time.. But I'm getting better. My lovely Socrates (my kitty) is finally eating properly, we had to give him kitten food even though he's a little over a year (they think, he was a rescue) but he was so skinny that's not a problem.. though it will be when we try to take him off it again. Lucky he's stopped eating our food, which if it was because he was hungry he is forgiven. He's so weird though, he was licking the condensation off our windows and any water left in the sink instead of from his bowl, so I filled up the little bathroom cup.. and now I have to leave it filled up because it's the only place he drinks from.
I bought the game DemonStone the other day to give me something mindless to do while I'm here... I finished it in a day.. I'm a little pissed.. That is the shortest RPG -ever-.
I was bored last night while on here and did a little search for a friend's RPG Character name. The result was sort of amusing.
