All Tune and Lube in Harker Heights. They've stores in various locations also in Central Texas. Another female friend of mine had issues with them years ago, but they were offering decent deals and I mistakenly figured something might've improved since then.
Just a 'little' update. The repair shop that I've decided to use for my repairs (to save me time) ended up putting the driver-side emergency brake cable on the passenger-side instead, supposedly breaking the old cable to remove it.
