Myself once again. No more slacking off. I admit, I may have burnt myself out a bit by doing too much too constantly, but it's time to get back on the grind. Clean eating (to some degree), less beer (only out at restaurants), more protein intake, running 2+ miles daily again, and continuing with my lifting routine on a regimented schedule. Time to make sure I move from medium shirts to large ones 😜 and only in the best way possible.

Good luck, after reading some of your previous blogs I have little doubt you will accomplish this. I'm looking to go down. XXL to L would be panrific!
