First world problem post.
After being without a phone for a week, and then switching to a Droid 2, which the Verizon guy said was at least 3-4 years old...I've finally gotten my iPhone back. Newly refurbished and whatnot.
I smashed my original iPhone in NY during my "vacation". That was in July, and I just didn't feel like dealing with the phone people to get it back. Bought a new screen on eBay, attempted to repair and got the screen to work and the phone to function...just not the touchscreen.
Took it to Verizon claiming it just stopped working. Manufacturer warranty? Yes please. Saved myself $50 and got a "new" iPhone. Playing the system...like a boss
