1 month without smoking a cigarette. FUCK. YES.
For about 3 weeks, I could feel my anxiety build as the days went on because my body was so used to the habit it was ridiculous. As the day continued, my anxiety would drop a bit less and a little more, but now as I make it towards my usual "5 o'clock cigarette" that I used to smoke religiously at work...it doesn't phase me anymore. Thank God, cause it was a bit much every day.
Getting a new car and not allowing myself to smoke in it was the greatest decision I ever made.
