People need to learn to do their fucking job because it's their job, not because someone told them to do something.
I'm not here to babysit you and make sure that you are smart enough to occupy yourself throughout the work day. Don't walk around aimlessly, ask questions every time you see me so it can look like you're doing something, or complain because you have to lift heavy boxes.
