I really need to stop grinding my teeth when I sleep...

Apparently I grind them loud enough to wake someone up 6 times in a night. My teeth probably don't like me too much blackeyed

you can buy tooth guards, silicone plates that you wear at night to stop the noise and tooth damage. although thats a band-aid approach. what's causing you so much stress?

Thank you!!! however <3 Lords of Acid were amazing however TKK stole the show in my opinion, but i just love them to pieces.
