Finally getting on track with working out.
-Lifting once again, it's only been 4 years since wrestling
-No more soda
-Healthier diet, not so much for losing weight...just not feeling like a bum.
-Running again. Starting at 4 miles a day.
-Eventually quitting cigarettes.
Trying to get back to where I was my freshman year of college wrestling.
3 months and we'll see where we go.

The stuff I'm using now is just 100% whey, no other bullshit. I can't weight lift anyway, my trainer won't let me.
