empowerment:
sometimes blessings come in small ways.
through all of my searching and reading and
engaging in the ever enfolding process of self-
discovery and development, today i actually
found something useful i want to share.
i did a small cheer for myself when i found
something to be true.
here is what i pose to you:
if you had infinite money and timewhat
would you do with your life? what would give you
joy (real Joy) ? how would your life then enfold?
my answer to this line of questioningi would
still be an artist. albeitif i had infinite money
and time i would do a lot of things differently!
howeverthe important and empowering thing
is i am living my dharma. or in more common
termsi am living what is in my heart and what
i feel i was created to do. i have achieved this
mainly by perseverance and refusing to have
my light extinguished against all odds. although,
i am the first to admitthis flame does at times,
flicker.
this simple and insightful truth has given me great
peace and a good deal of joy today. it has helped me.
i hope it can help someone else.

Yeah, I'm usually worse mid-winter and mid-summer. Chicago has such extreme weather and I hateeeeeeeeee it.

Wow. I'm not living my dharma, but I'm in the vicinity of it. For a long time I've felt that creating the right environment for the world (in all senses of the word) is what I was made for. So far, I have only worked on the margins of that goal, but I hope to change that soon. So if I had unlimited resources I would work towards that goal 24 hours a day.
