i have been a bit stir crazy from weeks
of deeply obsessive work. in some

it was a rare wintertime sunny
day here, so i did a quick 20 mi
on bike. not the greatest of rides
really. i know im a northwesterner
and all that but im still pretty
wimpy about the cold.
methinx i need better gear.

however, it was still inspiring
to see the cascades reflected
on the lake in the golden
afternoon light.
