I'm telling you. This Vegetarian thing is getting easier all the time. I can't tell you how important it is to have good cook books. I *just* made the perfect potato salad from one of my new cook books and it is AWESOME! Seriously. I thought I'd miss the eggs in it or that the fake mayo would be gross (I made the mayo too) Its not.. its amazing! I couldn't even tell you what flavor is missing. I'm giddy ;D
