I'm so impressed with myself. Not only am I baking bread (recipe from How it all Vegan) but I'm more or less all cleaned up from doing it. That is a rarity for me! Anyhow. If its this easy to bake bread (meaning, if it turns out well) I should do it always. Simple process, like 20 minutes of my life, to get a loaf of bread with just a few ingredients. I'm happy

I spent rent from my brother on groceries. He gave me $200 and I spent $182. There is nothing more gratifiying than a gaint receipt for a reasonable amount of money. That's satisfaction, I tell ya!
