Well, I've had my (hopefully) last cigarette

I feel ok at the moment. I'm just having trouble sleeping again because of the Zyban, so after lying in bed bored for half an hour, I decided to get up, have a drink and post some shiz.

Need.more.sleep

Feeling confident about my year. Filled an app form in online for another job. I'll be most upset if I don't get an interview. Sounds like I could do it no problem. Just gotta prove it innit

congrats! i wish that i could say the same.. but i can say that i've cut back, alot. did you get the text message that i sent to your e-mail from my phone? i hope so, it was pretty important!

my life is sort of in termoil at the moment, but i do know that all of the bullshit will be worth it in the end. or at least that's what i keep telling myself.

i'm proud of you for even just filling out the job application, thats the first sign that you're really ready to move on. and whether it works out or not (which it should, because they'd be retarded not to hire you) you can be sure that you're already on the road to making the positive changes that you need to make smile *hugs*
