So here's not only another packed week but a packed month! Last week had the first of many Christmas parties. I just love getting dressed up, it's so rare that I get to really be fancy without looking like I've overdone myself. We had another last night. Both with lots of laughs and great food!
There'll be 2 more tomorrow and then even more the following week. I think that's one of my favourite things about Christmas time, socializing and catching up with friends and family that you don't always get to see.
On a side note, I was able to hit up the mountain again! Great conditions, lots of snow, and this time it wasn't -40
It's so much fun to play in the fresh powder! Except when you get stuck in the deep stuff 😋
So I get a week off work now, I'm thinking some baking is in order!last year I homemade a gingerbread house from scratch. Was way better than the store bought kits and so I'm hoping to do it again. Plus I still need to make shortbread cookies, sugar and cookies and one of my all time favourite snacks, a cheeseball 💕
Well, I better get some rest, got another busy day tomorrow!
