I just beat Metal Gear Solid 3 last night. It was a fun game, but a bit too short. I beat it in 5 days and under 15 hours. This game can only be second to the first MGS on PS1. That was the first truly stealth game I played and the first with blockbuster-like cutscenes. I tried going "stealth" in Goldeneye, but never works because it was purely a shooting game and all the weapons with silencers were just there for decoration. I played MGS1 alot and beat it on all difficulty settings, unlocked every secret in the game. My friend tried to snap me out of my MGS addiction. MGS2 was an improvement as far as graphics and gameplay, but the storyline went downhill and I only played as Solid Snake in the first 30 minutes of the game. I was forced to play the girly boy Raiden for most of MGS2. I thought Raiden was a lesbian after I read one of the characters listed in the instructions manual is his girlfriend. MGS3 is overall better than MGS2 as far as everything.
