Fun times out at the pub. Chatted with friends, got nicely drunk, stumbled home. My ex was there, no awkwardness, we just were happy to both be moving on. Naturally, I met nobody who sparked my interest.
Was out for luch with my boss on Friday. She's decided to take it upon herself to set me up, and tried to convince me to date for the sake of dating. I told her flatly, "Isn't that kind of awkward if there's no connection?" She persisted and offered all sorts of advice and browbeat me into going to an xmas party, but I made her pay for lunch.
I also ran into an old friend of mine who was my co-driver for some rallies last summer. He had some choice video. This was not my best driving. The intercom system broke, so I couldn't hear Jonas yell LEFT (some races use pace notes). Thus disaster. He's the one asking if I'm OK, I'm the one doing all the swearing.
