Day 3 of poi practice and so far I've accomplished two beginner moves.
A three weave beat and the butterfly. Although, for some reason I'm better at the butterfly using one hand rather than both, and I'd like to accomplish the trick with both hands in case I plan to alternate maneuvers. It seems as though fire poi would be a lot more difficult that fire hooping.. either way, I plan on playing with the flame soon!




Edit: Isolations! I've been working on those too!
I aspire to be as talented as this guy in the video below within a years time!
