I was discharged from the hospital today.

I still have my right eye. (and my left, but that was not the one in question.)

I'm really glad i had my contact solution and case, mp3 player with extra batteries, and some raisins when i went to the ER Monday morning.

Having IV's stuck in your arm is uncomfortable. So is getting blood drawn from 3-5 am every morning, so the results will be ready for your doctors, "to provide better care. We are very sorry to disturb your sleep".
My blood is a beautiful color...

The morphine wasn't bad...

Hospital food is gross.

Dennis says my boobs look smaller, and i said, 'really?! cool!', but actually that's not good, because it prolly means i weigh even less now. How many pounds can one lose in a few days? i hope i'm not down to double digits. That's freakish. (i don't know if i mentioned here, that i've apparently lost more weight than i thought, after realizing i've been reading the scale wrong. it hasn't been 115, which has been pretty normal for me, give or take a couple pounds, since last summer. It was actually 105. So i'm sorry to everyone i didn't believe when they said i was getting too skinny.
At least i can use my hipbones as weapons in times of need?

Arkane!!!!, because i know it was sometime earlier this week, but i was kind of out of it (morphine has that effect on me, apparently) and didn't get to call.

I'm still in a little bit of pain and feeling a bit 'eh', and swollen, but it's all good. I'll be on antibiotics for 2 weeks, ( ) but at least they'll help me look normal again, and i won't have to be a Pirate for the rest of my life. and they gave me some potent Killas of Pain to help me along, too.
