the old woman at the front desk was helpful, but in a bitchy way. so i called her on it. then her other co-worker was being a bitch too. so then i snapped a little bit more. then i trudged away and vowed not to return to that dmv.

However, my son finally went pee-pee on the potty today!! I was so proud. I've had him in underwear the past few days - and this afternoon he took 'em off and said "i want a diaper". i said "how about we go to the potty instead". he obliged and stood next to MY potty...

ashton and i went swimming today. the water was cold, but we had a pretty good time. he's been sick for almost a week, so that sort of deters things. but hopefully he'll be back to normal soon, so he isn't so miserable.

Today, my son and I have just been relaxing. I finished watching a movie and he watched some Blue's Clues. We're going to the library in a few and then off to work to pick up my paycheck. It's supposed to cool down again later tonight, but I don't mind - just as long as we can play outside at some point today. OK bye.
