29 Days until Serenity is released.
So the cold that I contracted during my vacation is still hanging around. I have spent the better part of the past four days coughing to the point that my muscles are sore. The doctor has me on an antibiotic and a decongestant but so far I am still not feeling better. The worse part about it is that I am so dizzy I am having to literally hold onto things to get through my house.
On a much stranger note, I called in sick yesterday, today, and already had taken tomorrow off. When I sent the email to let my boss know that I wasn't going to be there I immediately got an email back saying to call him. So against my lung's will I dialed his number coughing pretty much the entire time I was on the phone with him. He wanted me to call because he apparently thought I was taking the days off to interview for a new job and was going to walk in on Monday and turn in my two week notice.
The fact that he is that worried shows me he knows that there is something wrong. I spoke with a couple of the other guys that I work with. They are all basically waiting to see what I do. If I bail out then at least 3 to 4 of the remaining 7 have led me to believe that they will be taking off as well. If I stay then they are willing to see if I can improve things. No pressure.
By the way, just want to say to everyone that has sent a personal message to me telling me to hang on, thank you. I promise to be back to my normal cheerful self soon. Just going through a ruff patch at the moment.
