So, first of all sorry for my bad italian/english eheheh :p
This is, as usually, a full week for me! I work everyday and I also have to push myself into long and hard workouts because of the body building competition I will partecipate :)
I'm so happy because I can see all the progress and the last body transformations I reached thanks to many many sacrifices...the day is near!!! 29th of November I'll be on that stage rocking and shining and many friends will come to support me <3 that's so lovely
