-I think we should write down 1 thing every day that we take for granted or took for granted the day before. Then I'd think we'd take less things for granted.
-Speaking of taking for granted... Do we even know what we eat anymore? What I mean is I often find myself eating only when I am doing something else- socializing, reading the news online, browsing the net, watching a movie or a game or a tv show. Does I even know what I am eating? No wonder I eat too much, I don't even remember eating most of the meal. I think people should sit down and just eat and only do that once in a while... maybe then we'd realize how much we are eating.
-It's rare to find someone who is very physically attractive who also listens to people.
-Moderation would seem like it's in the middle but to me moderation seems like it is a lot closer to "too little" than it is to "too much".
-The more I think about it, the more I find I have many puppy qualities. I love attention but I don't need it all the time because I need to spend a fair amount of time exploring the world around and doing silly things I may regret. We both have whiskers. We both have paws. Whenever I get excited I can't sit still, I talk faster, I get really high strung. When I get sad I look at people with the most sad puppy dog like eyes. I'm also loyal as hell and eager to please those who take care of me or make me feel good. But the biggest difference between me and a puppy is that my nose is quite warm... I checked.
-When we eat bad we feel bad. When we eat nicely, we feel good yet annoyed that we ate well because let's face it, bad food is more fun.
-I really need a muse. I need something or someone to inspire me to do more than I have done. I can't prove that a muse will stimulate my creativity, so for now it's only an opinon. It would be nice to be inspired by someone or something though.
-I really don't care for people who define themselves by the things they don't like
-I really don't like people who define themselves by the things they think they own.
-Instead of talking about people in the political and other arenas as "liberal or conservative" perhaps we should cut the crap and tell it how it really is: "rich or poor", because the gap between liberals and conservatives is irrelevant but the gap between the rich and poor in this country is paramount and continues to widen.
-We give some things away so easily, sometimes things should be earned. - I'm not talking about tangible things either.
-I hardly care where I am if I am with someone I love.
-All you need is love... and a little luck
-Corporate/commercial radio is dying a slow painful death and this makes me happy.
-I always try to find the bright side of things, I think this is a good way to be, for instance, it's cold today. But instead of bitching because it's cold (it actually doesn't really bother me), I think about how I know have a thirst for one of my favorite winter drinks: hot chocolate! I can't drink warm drinks when the temperature is warm, but when the temperature is cool/cold, well it's time for the Swiss Miss with the mini marshmellows. I've had 2 cups already today.
-this damn country is too p.c.
-and the opposite of politically correct is not being cruel or being mean, it's telling the truth. You don't have to hurt people to let the truth out. It seems that people like to think that PC is being nice and not being PC is not... that's the most PC-like assumption of them all.
-Chocolate is always good
-Ice cream is always good
-Fat Free Chocolate ice cream... not so good.
-Sometimes nothing beats some good ol' rock n roll music to get your legs a-tappin like this Modest Mouse song on my page now... really freaking good, now go listen!
and thanks for letting me offer my opinions
