ok, so tommorow i leave the great state of texas and im albq bound. im pretty excited to get back, yet im somewhat sad about leaving my new friends, as well as DENTON texas. it is with much pain that i admit that denton texas is actually ok. It even goes further than just being ok, its actually kinda sweet if you know some decent folk(some of the craziest, most intriguing people ive ever met come from denton.), and know where to hang out. tommorow, by this time, ill be in the company of my dog, and i will have probably also consumed some stuffed sopapillas with green chile from el patio. ooh, also, i think everyone should read one hundred years of solitude by gabriel garcia marquez. this book is amazing. the characters are so well developed, and evolve so naturally. also, there are certain characters that you cant help but feel a profound fondness for. its always with mixed feelings that i develop crushes on characters in books. on one hand, they can be so amazing and so odd, and on the other, they are just characters.
