Lat pull downs
105lbs for 10 x 1
135lbs for 10 x 1
150lbs for 8 x 1
105lbs for 12 x1
Bent over rows
45lbs for 20 x 1
90 lbs for 10 wide
90lbs for 10 middle
90lbs for 10 close
Seated rows
110lbs for 10
125lbs for 10
140lbs for 8
110lbs for 10
Back extensions
Set of 10
Set of 15
Set of 15
Set of 12
Plus did little bit of core on top of that and a little bit of cardio
So course is dragging on and missing the girl friend quite a bit.
