Back in from conducting observation post , was a cold two nights near Canada's most northern community.
Last night the local people had caught a beluga whale in the bay. Then then offered all of us to try it . Turns out they eat the skin of the whale and use the fat for burning , which is pretty interesting, the skin when ate raw is very very chewy, when boiled it puffs up and becomes very soft . Either way great experience.
