This is the first year in a very long time that I did not attend burningman I now believe that it was a mistake. Well, I started to believe it was a mistake when I was getting the dome out of storage for the others and could smell the playa. I cant believe how powerful that smell is.
I was feeling pretty bad about not going so I bought myself a kegerator. I know having a bloody ice cold keg of beer three feet from my room is not the same as the playa, but it dont hurt.
Both my roommates are out doing whatever roommates due late Tuesday nights. So I am breaking in my new friend all by myself. I know I promised to wait until they came home but whose fault is it that they are down town getting silly with the love juice. Not mine thats for sure.
I am not looking forward to getting my dome back. I dont want to put it up for another year without knowing what it saw this year.
