Dog has run away. A friend dropped by drunk last night and accidentally broke my bookshelf right by her, and she ran out the back door which is right next to my room. I managed to chase her for two blocks before she was lost from sight.

I went looking for her around the neighborhood today, and flyers are going up tomorrow.

I've only had her for a week. It will be her first birthday tomorrow. I'm scared I won't find her, especially because I'm pretty damn confident I will. She's too timid to get hit by a car or get in a fight.

I will have a very big psychotic nervous breakdown if I never see her again/find her dead.

Proof that you can bond dramatically in a week, I guess.
