Tomorrow is my first event(1000 meter swim, 5000 meter run) since I got sick but if Thursdays work out was any indication of things to come I should be okay. The shitty thing is waking up at 0515 on a Saturday to run this biathlon but it will be worth it. Seriously there is such a great sense of self satisfaction when you finish an event like this you cant even imagine.
