Well, I'm back. Mom is her usual exasperating self. The house continues its decay, and I don't have the time or money to repair it adequately.
If I were a better son, I would move back to Colorado. Unfortunately, I really like Wyoming, and I've come to hate Colorado.
On the brighter side, I went riding with Mom. She still rides horses at 81 (with her friend Sylvia, who is 87). I got to spend some time with some old friends, too. I also went foraging at whole foods for stuff I can't get in Outer Wyoming, Morrocan olives in particular.
The tomatoes and peppers are starting to get ripe. Life isn't too bad.![smile](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/smile.0d0a8d99a741.gif)

Shame, I always dreamed Colorado as a picturesque mountainous paradise. I haven't seen my parents in a long time
I'm happy to hear your Momma is doing well.
