My Can Of Beans
I have a can of beans
I glued it to my head
I can't take it off, Even for bed
Each morning when I awake
Its a brand new day for us to go and play
Whether at the beach, or in the snow
My best friend is my can, I want you to all know
I once was asked: "What if you're starving and needed to eat?
That can of beans would make a great treat."
"I can't eat the beans on top my head. I'd rather be dead." I said.
And some may be mean, their faces turn to red
"What is he doing with a can of beans on top his head?
Is he trying to mess with our children's heads?
"We should all beat him. Beat him 'til he's good and dead!"
So they all came for me and I ran away
Many miles I've traveled each day
If they catch me I'm sure to be dead
The beans served with rice and white bread
And my can badly crushed on top my poor head
I have a can of beans
I glued it to my head
I can't take it off, Even for bed
Each morning when I awake
Its a brand new day for us to go and play
Whether at the beach, or in the snow
My best friend is my can, I want you to all know
