You know what? This blog has got me in trouble lately, and I realised that this is my only blog i really write in online, (well, I have one other, but I'm very anonymous for THAT one), and I think I use it like a diary. When I first started using it, it was before my member review set went up, and my friends list was a bit sparse, but I've had to step back and look and think 'oh.. people read it sometimes.'
I'd feel self concious, or decide to write in a diary instead, but closed secret diary's don't give the ocasional reply, even to tell me I'm an ass (sorry again to that person, who is blatantly probs ignoring my blogs now anyhoo)
So yah, I'm carrying on.
I've been seeing owls everywhere. I'm a bit of a spiritual cookie, but not religious as such, just I believe in the universe moving in mysterious ways. I believe in signs, and nothing being a coincidence.
Last year it was polar bears, but recently, owls have been popping up all over the place. I read up that animal totems can come and go in your life, and I think owls have come in recently.
I went to see a really good psychic, who I've seen a coupe of times now, once a year. She's really respected in her field and has a couple of books out, but I just think she's great. She was like 'you put everything second to your career, including people', and I was like '...yep.'
She was all 'you're going to be very popular, and once you're in the public eye, you won't ever get out.' I'm apparently going to be really well known and quite rich, and wined and dined and looked after and having stuff paid for me. I'm not complaining!
I'm apparently meeting the person I'm marrying this year, fun, and this woman has been dead on about things like this for a while. I'm carrying on as normal, dating wise, and see what happens if anything does.
She basically grinned and said love and career are going to be ultra great next year, so yey
So anyway, back to the owls, I got this online, it's all the diff symbolism of owls -->

If an owl has visited you, an incredible gift has been bestowed. Also, keep in mind that animals are only called to those who share the same energy. In other words, you hold within you some of the very same symbolic attributes the owl represents.
To illustrate, you may have abilities to know things that others do not know. It may be likely you have very strong intuitive abilities that can be fine-tuned. Further, you may be strong-willed person, and/or have a protective side to you. I can already tell from your email that you are mentally sharp - so we know you have this in common with the owl already.
These owl sightings may be messages for you to develop your education further. Or, the owl may be trying to tell you to develop your intuition further.
Owls also show themselves as a sign of warning (no, not of death). You simply need to pay close attention to people around you - owls are incredibly pereceptive - you are probably perceptive too - use your powers of perception around new people you may meet. Not everyone is as nice, or "cool" as they seem to be.
As I do most everyone who writes in asking for symbolic meanings, I would encourage you to meditate upon the owl. I've found that animals are quite willing to share their knowledge with us when we are open and willing to receive them."
What I get from this is that maybe I'm being warned to be careful of people that aren't what they seem?
Perhaps my intuition needs tuning too?
I can think of loads.. ohh... the psychic also said I'd be employed to do lectures too next year (lecture *what*?) and owls are seen for education, etc?
