having time, energy, money wasted and two projects down the drain because the photo guy fucked up my negatives: costs me my sanity
mental breakdown on the subway: priceless.

It's true, nothing is ever easy. The place is probably a front for a drug smuggling ring (like Mary Browns Chicken) and botched your negatives to get rid of you and make sure that you never come back. Little did they realize that they were about to incure your wrath... They did incure your wrath, didn't they?
