I have been a little lazy here on SG for a while, this will not do!
Sadly I have Messed my back up , or rather I didn't, I managed to trap the S3 nerve in my back: This really sucks, Its Painful, I'm off work and I'm bored!!!!!
I'm Limping around like an old man, cant relax or get comfortable
worst of all i can't Play guitar without being in Silly amounts of pain... I'm glad (although not much) that i don't have any gigs until next month :S
