I remeber thinking, way back before this all started, about being in this country for a whole year. I was scared and thought that i may not come home. but here I am ten months later, not afraid, not worried, i don't even flinch at loud explosions any more. I do think it's about oil. Not that I think the country was better off with Saddam Hussein, I certainly don't, but even an international tribunal today found that the Bush administration had greatly exaggerated the threat of Iraq and the possibility of weapons of mass destruction, which is what they used to sell war to the people over here.

anyway, may you make it home safely, and I hope that whatever the reasoning, this does make Iraq a better place.

hey whats up still in Iraq and hating it. just got off a mission and I'm pretty tired we did a huge raid and captured 20 people and recoverd huge caches of weapons and explosives. And hopefully soon I'll be home
