I've decided to stop keeping a daily journal. It hasn't helped me "find myself", and I record only the most boring, trivial parts of my day. What's the point?
Here's all the daily bloging adds up to: I hate my job. I come home from work exhausted, watch tv, cook dinner, and flop on the bed with my boyfriend. Alternatively, we go out to bars with friends and have a pleasant evening until we get tired enough to go home and flop on the bed.
Here's the importnat thing that I've uncovered lately, (this hasn't made it to the blog): I know what makes me happy!
On occasion, I have reason to go to a theater; be it to watch a show or to deliver FedEx Kinko's printed programs to the ticket office. This is the highlight of my day, week, and month. And the reason I enjoy it so much:I might get a glimps of the backstage. I just want to see the unfinished sets, the actors getting their make-up put on, and the cast members joking around.
This makes me happy. The backstage. I've loved it sinceI participated in community theater productions as a kid. It is so magical. More magical to me than anything that happens onstage.
So, I should follow my bliss, right? Adopt a career as a stage-hand; go back to school for a degree in set design or something? Or maybe that's a misguided pipe dream. I know what I love. Now the question is what will I do about it?

You'll figure out what sounds best to you, I think. Heck, there's always community theater groups if you want to test the waters.
Besides, you know I think you can do anything you set your mind to.
I'd scold you for not blogging, but wow, that would be hypocritical of me, wouldnt it?
