OMG! There is finally some cold water. The apartments finally sent someone out on Saturday to check out our lines because it wasn't the whole complex, just our apartment and the one above us having problems with cold water. We weren't getting any at all. And their cold water was just very low pressure, and a lot of gravel. So what happened in the first place was they had a water main break, and they shut the water off just that first day, when we didn't have anything at all. And everyone else's water was fine after that first day. I woke up the next day and we only had hot water. So I thought maybe there was a seperate line that they were repairing. I kept calling the office though. I called 3 days in a row, skipped a day, and then we called again Saturday. Before they finally figured out that we needed someone to check our lines. So anyways... they said they could get someone out here Monday and would probably have to cut into the walls and check things out. And we've got a few holes in the ceiling, not too big, but they're coming after lunch to repair them. I'm just so glad that I can finally take a shower instead of a hot ass bath. Baths are nice, I just don't feel clean after I'm done. And I know my hair is getting nasty looking after 4-5 days without really getting to wash it out good. Just dumping water over my head doesn't clean out all the shampoo and conditioner. So I look all greasy ... eww

Now that that's all over with... I still haven't gotten my clothes in the mail that we ordered on Feb 6th. I called AGAIN today... and they said they can't do anything about it until after the mail runs tomorrow. Then they can put a trace on it. And either put a credit back on the card or give me like a gift certificate in that amount. I hope they can just send out the same clothes if they still have the same stuff. Maybe they'd be nice enough to put it on a rush delivery if I bitch enough... LOL! Well, whatever, if I don't get it I'll just order something else or from somewhere else.

Thursday I think we're going over to his brother's house again for dinner with his brother's family and their Mom again. That's cool, but this time I think we're going to cook. So I've got to check out some recipes and see what sounds good. I like to try new things too, and so do they.

I've never really been around a family before that still saw each other every couple weeks. Some families are just close I geuss. Now I'm getting used to it, and my Mom thinks it's kind of odd.
