i am alone. it's something i've been for most of my life but have never gotten used to.
the one image that sums it up is that scene from the first Matrix where Neo is introduced to the agents. he and Morpheus walk along a busy street as countless people pass by. so full of motion and busy people that you can't help but feel alone.
i don't feel terribly sad. i'm not sure how i feel. thoughtful?
