Just got home from my vacation. It was wonderful. Never thought I would stay in such a fancy Hotel or eat at a 2 Michelin Star restaurant, but it was worth it and I have to say Ill definitely be doing it again. If anyone is ever in Healdsburg, stay at Hotel Les Mars, or at least dine at Cyrus. AMAZING!! We had an 8 course dinner with the optional wine pairing. We also started with caviar and champagne, 2 delicious drinks from their bar (which were comped...stoked), and a free course with wine because...well im not sure why, but who cares. It was phenomenal!
