im so tiiiiiiiiiired...
Ive been playing so much rugby lately and my old veteran frame has taken a bit of a beating. Been playing 1 and a half games a weekend and now have made my city districts representative side and hopefully will again get selected for my provincial (state) team for the September Tour. Anyway i quite like the feeling of having a fatigued body. It makes me feel like i have been active and healthier. For some reason i like to hurt from high impact contact sports. Must be some kind of addiction because ive been playing the damn sport for 20 years. Oh and for those who dont know what rugby is and who might be reading this (Although i doubt i get to many people following this blog), Here is a little taster...
No padding like American football. Now you can understand my whining after 20 years of that hahahaha.
Other than that not much going on. Grandfather turns 80 today... what a good innings so far and after losing my Gran at the end of last year we are going to try our best to give him a great birthday with this being the first one in 60 years without her.
Thursday my Mother moves from South Africa to Cyprus (Greece). Going to be weird not having her 45 minutes away but im glad she is doing her thing and getting out their to better her artist career. Maybe i will get to go visit her sometime.
Um... yeah thats about it really just felt like putting some words down and clearing the mind a bit.
Let me know what you all think about the rugby thing know this isnt really a sport driven community hahahah
Keep safe and keep smiling peeps!

I seen rugby on tv a few times and it looks like fun but those players are crazy. I guess you have to be a little crazy to play without pads

Take pegasus injury complex. That is my stuff I love for over training to keep you in one piece. As for your grampa's birthday, awesome <3 As for your mom leaving, I send good luck vibes to her.
