Killing homeless people SHOULD NOT be illegal ! I mean after all who would miss em ? I mean it;'s not like you are on your way to work thinking " hmm where is old man jones , he didn't ask me for money today" and I am sure by the end of the week you will not miss the smell of cheap booze and human feces at all ... Just a random thought ....
