A great weekend in Brisbane, though it seems all like a bit of a dream because it went so fast and i was so tired during all of it.
Oh well, back to work tomorrow. I got my Marilyn Manson ticket last week, so October will be great when i get to see Machine Head, Arch Enemy, Trivium and MM. Can't wait.
On a sad note... It's my Bday this week. 24 just seems like such a boring age, so i'm not really looking forward to it. Anyways, now i've been in Melbourne for 3 mths i'm already getting fidgety and thinking about my next little adventure. I know its going to be a trip overseas for a couple of months/years but i've got a few decisions to make b4 i go. Should i purchase a unit/townhouse/house? Society tells me i should, but i'm not to keen on being owned by bricks and mortar and that the reality, it will own me not the other way around. Damn my overactive brain, why couldnt i be one of those people that are content with just working 9-5 and then watching the footy on a Friday night. They don't understand how lucky they are, oh to be content, that is the dream.
One more thing and i want to put this out there for any people working in the Graphic Design/Web/New Media sectors. I've been doing work for a couple of different charities, helping them get online and getting their message out there. I've got a meeting this week with another one, who are a support group that help out victims of tragedy (i wont say who it is at this stage). Anyways, i am always keen on doing this sort of work and have a couple of mates up in Brisbane that i do it with as well, we are forming a kind of cooperative that will hopefully make it really easy for these charities to get there website/mailing lists etc. up and running quickly and also enable them to manage it easily. If there is anyone from SG, from any part of the world that thinks they might be keen to do something to help out let me know. It is all charity work at this stage so there is no payment, just the reward of helping the greater good. The work can be pretty good though as some of the sites are aimed at youth etc. so its a good chance to do some funky designs/animations. Anyways, i leave it to you.

Hooray for birthday joy! Birthdays are always good, in my opinion.
I might be interested in web stuff. It's been a while since I've done a site for anyone other than myself, so it'd be nice to get my hand back in...
