I HATE waiting ... still nothing about the commitment letter ... I just want my house!!!
11:34am : I got an email this morning from the mortgage company. The " risk consulting company" will not accept the letter I sent over from the firm that we settled our Bank of America account with stating that the account is paid in full. *grrr*
They say I need a letter from BOA stating the account is settled. I call BOA and they say they can't do it because the account is not theres anymore. I ask who has the account now. They tell me and give me a number. I call these people & they say they can't do anything I would have to call the firm I settled with. Sooo...I call the firm & the girl was really sweet & is typing a letter referencing all the info the risk company requested & is faxing it.............
I email the mortgage company & they suggest I better call Equifax (cause that was SOOOOOO much fun last time) and see if they can remove it. Reluctantly I call them thinking they prob wont even talk to me... I give them all the info & the guy pulls up the report and is now emailing me a confirmation that they are processing my request! So that wil be about 3-5 days (if it's like last time) before I get that email.........................UUUGGGHHH
That house is sooo going to be gone.... At least our credit reports are going to be squeaky clean...
