I'm free, freeee I say! Weee! About fucking time, holy shit X_x This week was full of stupid, including having to redo a final because my teacher hated it :| Bleh. But I'm back home now, and it feels so nice.
Mah buddy Fox came with my mom today to pick me up, which was kinda nice. Nice in that someone else was around and gave me someone else to talk to so I stayed awake through the car ride XP Fuckin' took an extra hr to get home though 'cause we had to drive to San Mateo to take that bridge instead of the Bay Bridge because of the fire a few weeks ago. It wasn't too terrible, though it made me hella nervous 'cause I hadn't been down that way before.
Mom, Fox, and I went to Fisherman's Wharf, which my mom hadn't been to in like, twenty years I think O.o;; It was fun going with them 'cause I felt like I actually new what I was doing
Which I did, sorta, since I live about a mile from there and have gone down a few times when I had the chance. We had lunch at a really nice place, though the food wasn't as fabulous as we were expecting.
Took about three and a half hrs to get home, and when we do, I crashed on my bed in a little ball for a few hrs. Mom woke me up around 7 and showed me the stuff she's been changing around the house. Not too bad, though I need to work on my room and the spare room a lot, oi. Made mac and cheese for the first time since like, February <333 Now I'm watching The Final Cut, waiting for V For Vendetta, which comes on around 9:30p.
Good lord, it feels so. friggin'. good. to be home again. It's so quiet here, I love it. I'm going to sleep so well while I'm here. Plus my bed is a queen and very cushy, as opposed to the twin at the dorm where you can feel each and every spring when you move. Now I dun have to hear drunks falling up and down the stairs all night long, and people don't come barging into my room demanding money when I'm trying to sleep, and so on. As much as I hate Sonora, it's nice to be home.
I missed my mom. I missed our dog. I missed my room with its big bed and bright blue walls. I missed my TV and my printer. I missed home.
