My dear @amoxi started another one of these and tagged me in it, so here we go!
Macy's Parade - I don't care for football, so this was an easy choice. If there's a hockey game on though, you better believe I'm watching that!
Dress up - I only picked this because if pajamas means the clothes you sleep in, my family wouldn't appreciate me being in just my underwear all day 😂
Pumpkin Pie - Again, super easy choice. I wish pumpkin pie was more of a year round thing near me, because I love it.
Dressing... I guess? - Most years we make our own "dressing", but it's basically the same as what you get in the box... that calls it stuffing... but we don't stuff the turkey with it... So does making stuffing, but not stuffing the turkey with it, make it dressing? Are you as confused as me now?
Mashed Potatoes - No question here. I'll eat mashed potatoes with anything, especially if there's gravy involved. And sweet potatoes are just gross haha
Cyber Monday - I refuse to be one of those people waiting in line in the cold, just to have to brawl someone over a tv.
Host - We have been hosting Thanksgiving at our house since we moved in in 2014. We have my brother and his wife and kids over, and it's usually a blast until everyone passes out because we all ate too much.
Turkey - I do love turkey, but I think the fact that it's been the thing we've made since my childhood, just makes me like it that much more. You can't beat a big bite of turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy all at once 🤤
This has gotten me a little more excited for Turkey Day, and a little hungry at the same time haha. Thanks for tagging me Amoxi! I'm drawing a total blank as to what friends of mine here are American and maybe haven't done this yet haha, so if any of you do this, let me know so I can check out your answers!
