It's been far too long since I've been around here.
I decided to take some time away for myself. To try and meet some people. Try new things. I took the advice of @heidimae and joined an online dating site back in February... Didn't really expect much but figured it was worth a shot. Got the usual "wanna smoke?" messages from most of the girls which I wasn't too keen on. I almost called it quits until I received a message from a girl that read "What sort of concerts do you go to?" That immediately sparked my interest. We messaged back and forth for a while and then exchanged phone numbers. Our first "date" was a punk show. We agreed it shouldn't be called a date because dates come with too many expectations. We hit it off great and continued hanging out. Going on photography adventures in the mountains, visiting the museum, even just hanging out playing video games. I could tell almost immediately that she was someone special. Long story short, I'm no longer single! Her name is Jennie and she's the most amazing girl I've ever met and I can't wait to see where the future takes us.
On top of being incredible, she's creative too! She used to make band merch for some local bands back in her hometown in Canada. Now she makes buttons, magnets, pillows, jewelry and all kinds of awesome stuff. All of which she sells on her site HERE
