When you and some friends are gathered and talking and having a good time.. There's always at least one with their eyes and mind glued to their phone. So glance at their phone and figure out which social network they're engulfed in.. Then go to that site, post something horribly rude about them, tag them and just wait. I promise the look on their face will be worth it.. Plus they usually end up getting the point and putting the phone away.
