So on my seemingly never ending quest to be and eat healthier I have taken to cooking for myself more. Now not much can be done at work, being as I have a microwave and purchased a blender. But for most lunches I make that awesome orange juice/whey protein/fruit medley thing. And I think I've got my perfect omelet down to making pretty damn good scrambles. Two helpings of Egg Beaters, green bell pepper, reduced fat mexican cheese, Soyrizo (delish), some Sriracha and pepper to taste. All for under 250 cal.
