More reasons why I think our supposed "failed inspection" is full of shit:
1) They didn't tell us til after a week later
2) They told us on the last day my husband inquired about our washer. 2a) They didn't say anything to my husband about us failing our inspection that morning when my husband questioned them about the washer.
3) When I asked how we failed the inspection, instead of giving me a list of reasons, the manager asked "Did you have dishes on the counter? In the sink? Could they walk around the apartment without tripping on something?"
4) The assistant manager would not look me in the eye whenever I looked at her. She, instead, kept her eyes on the manager.
I just hope that on Wednesday, they don't try to pull some more shit. I'm almost tempted to say nothing more about the washer and just move out of here with it all broken. They can't charge us for it because its been documented multiple times that we've told them about it.
